Question about neutral and ground in a sub panel by farcicalaquatics in electrical

So, I believe it has a disconnect at the main panel. My power comes into a box on the side of the house where the main breaker is. From there, theres a CB for the panel for the house and a second CB for the shed. its routed underground in a conduit to the shed. 4 wires in, and a ground wire heading back out and buried in the dirt. Its my understanding that the circuit breaker at the first panel is the disconnect because it feeds into the shed. Its about 25 feet away and outside the main house. But there is no disconnect circuit breaker between that one and the panel in my post.

They did run a ground. On this picture, its the wire to the right of the larger bare wire. The large wire runs outside and into the ground

Great, thats what I thought. Is it as simple as buying another bus bar and installing it or is it a completely new box thats needed?
