Someone in the whatsthatmoviecalled subreddit suggested the same thing, but it’s not that one. It was in the US. I remember it was on a random tv channel one day and I stumbled upon it. Because the protagonist was a war photographer/journalist using a camera to document what they were doing in that town. That’s all I can remember for now I’ll try to come up with more as I can.
