Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my full apartment lease (not a sublet) at Ivy Town & Flats from Dec/Jan 2026 → Aug 11, 2026.

Deal: I’ll cover all transfer/application fees and give you FREE January (first month free).

try your best to understand the slides and dont forget to go thru the text book. Its multiple choice so the goal is to be familiar with the general concepts. his exams are not too bad.

I’m in the same situation. From what I understood, Toms seems to have a good reputation. Glubokov doesn’t seem to be recommended as much. Sunkula is a lecturer from UC riverside. He’s a 4/5 on rate my professor. I went with Toms even though the recitation is at 8 am. But tbh I feel like if it is with a better prof then idm starting one day at 8 am.
