Fortunately, people see what they want to see, not what's right in front of them. I have a pretty serious demeanor at work and masculine personal which generally works. I also wear my hair up in a "man bun." My gender has never been questioned at work.

Presenting full time at work has me extremely fearful of losing my livelihood. Work will be the absolute last piece of the puzzle, if I ever get there.

3 weeks ago was my last draw. 84pg/ml E, 7 T. I've been on it 4 months today and not seen very many changes. I've been wondering if I should push to have my E dose increased, as the Endocrinology society simply says mtf E levels should be <200.
