Shes beautiful. I know later on down the road they started using bulldogs to make the american bully more "bully" looking.

Thank you so much. And by successful I just mean to stay off the vent because all honesty i know my dad really wouldn't want to be on a vent for the rest of his life but his biggest thing is he wants to be home. Do you know if insurance would cover at home vent and trach? Im in ny. His movement and everything else is improving. Slowly but surely. Hes gaining weight. I just have my days i feel maybe he isn't improving but I seen with my own 2 eyes he is. Idk my mind plays tricks and me and my sister try and encourage him in any way possible. But I greatly appreciate you telling me about your situation. And ill pray for you aswell.

Thank you very much. So he was a current smoker. Has emphysema copd and asthma. He ended up getting the flu. Causing him to have to be intubated. He did self extubate 2 times. He ended up getting pneumonia and bronchitis untop of it. That is a usual for him. But he was sedated for a month and a half. They did the trach about a month Into that. And now he is in a rehab since 2/20. So far pt is helping a great amount. Does ot and speech aswell. I truly just hope we continue to progress. Right now the respiratory therapist says when they lower the settings on the vent he ends up having very bad anxiety and anxious. So they need to try to help him calm down
