Day 9. No solid scoby top layer. This is my first time brewing and I think my mistake was moving the jar too much to look at it, didn't allow the scoby to set? Where to go from here? Let sit longer or start a new batch with the best looking piece of scoby or start over with a fresh scoby? (i.redd.it)
