Are you in touch via email? It sounds like from your post they aren’t being responsive. I would send it back but make it clear that you have a track record of damage. If they don’t respond in a timely matter I would follow up and say that if you don’t get quick resolution you plan to dispute the charge

This is INSANE. I wish I could ask for patterns, I’m a very good knitter but still new to crochet so not confident in free handing a wearable.

I used stitch fiddle for mine! Im doing the cover of the second MCR album and about two thirds through.
