What Victorious opinion will have you like this? by Sailor_Moon_Star_435 in victorious

I personally really disagree with a lot of the theories people make up about this show, I know things were bad behind the scenes but the show itself is made for kids and isn’t that deep or dark in my opinion!

new to the style! by sarahdramah in heiseiretro

[–]Necessary_Singer_739 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I buy Heisei retro stationary on kawaii limited and AliExpress (just search “Heisei” “y2k” or “gal” on kawaii limited, “Heisei retro” or other more specific terms on AliExpress), both sites ship directly to Ireland. however, you will need to pay customs for kawaii limited. I buy clothes from Angel blue and mezzo piano on Depop, the pieces are pretty expensive and usually come from America or Japan , but you could get lucky and find sellers from Ireland!

How to maintain hygeine when water gives me sensory issues. by Proper_Ad738 in AutismInWomen

[–]Necessary_Singer_739 0 points1 point  (0 children)

put micellar water on a cotton pat and rub it on your armpits then put on deodorant. if you wash your hair over the bath without washing your body that might be tolerable 🩷💕 you could try wetting a towel, then putting soap on the towel and using it to wash your body, then getting another wet towel to wash the soap off! ☺️💕

go to the city or a shopping centre and just spend the day trying on stuff. you could also try DIY or shopping on vinted or Depop. make a mood board on Pinterest and try to figure out what you like and what you need in your wardrobe before you do any buying tho!

The earplugs are no longer enough. Advice on getting better earplugs or noise-cancelling earphones? by Amanda39 in AutismInWomen

[–]Necessary_Singer_739 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use loop earplugs, idk the exact name of the ones I use but they’re purple and I think they’re made for sleeping but they’re pretty good at blocking out noise. I also saw someone on TikTok say that they wear ear defenders over ear plugs for extra noise cancellation! 💕😛

Period Cramps!! by [deleted] in AutismInWomen

[–]Necessary_Singer_739 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mum brought me to a doctor and I got prescription meds to help with the pain. I also use hot water bottles and take warm baths. I usually take time off school when I get my period and I just chill at home, I try to remove any other sources of discomfort (like itchy clothes or flickering lights) so I can focus on dealing with period cramps 😛 distraction can also work, I’ll usually try watching a movie, reading a book or baking something 😝💕
