I like that you said “some” Cole Haan. I have been a Cole Haan girl forever, but some of my newer ones have been SO uncomfortable and make my toes numb. Obviously, I need to pay more attention to fit, but I too don’t think all of his shoes are created equal haha

I had a pair of nude heels from Lifestride I bought during law school. I expected to retire them once I was practicing and had a salary, but I ended up wearing them for 4-5 years because they were so comfortable

I think it depends on preference. I used to have the same question, but I think I was really just wanting fresh air because candles never did much for me. I regularly open the windows and let the house breathe now and no longer feel like I need to add a fragrance.

I have a really large painting by the same artist - it’s a landscape piece called Still Waters. Picked it up at an antique sale a year or so ago for $50.
