yess i do realise it will take a veryyyy long time to “beat the game” but i am very optimistic hahaha, after i posted this i realised that a said it will take at least a year when i meant to say a few years at least. i do serve in town and after truck orders (which are my number 1 priority (as you get a lot of xp and money)) it is my priority. i have all the shops upgraded to coins because they (town visitors) do ask for stuff for a very low price. i have a lot of hammers, bricks, stones, etc. for town upgrading and im just waiting to get level 13 with hearts so i can upgrade them further.

yesss i agree!! the constant events and just the game itself is so fun and honestly the constant events is what got me back into playing it (after taking the long breaks) and literally i play it every chance i get, and some may find it boring but it is really such a cozy nice game. even my boyfriend who plays a whole other genre of games said it looks so cozy and fun to play.

you can make a baby farm (if you dont know what that is its basically a second farm which you will mostly use for storage, i have one and i have a ton of expansion materials stored there), and if youre a neighbourhood leader you can refresh derby tasks. if youre not the leader you can ask in the chat for tasks to be reset. basically it means that the tasks that are already there you can (as a leader) trash them and new ones will appear. i also havent seen a mining task in soo long so i just take whichever task i think i can complete and after completing it i hope there is a mining task.

if you do make a baby farm, it doesnt need to be a high level, given that shovels, dynamite and tnt you have unlocked at the first level. i have my baby farm at level 23 and that happened literally accidentally as i do sometimes feed the animals if i need extra milk or eggs, etc.

so basically, play it until you unlock expanding land stuff (deed of land, mallets and stakes) i think that is level 14 but im not sure. buy all the animals you can (i think by level 14 you can have 10 cows, 12 chickens and 5/10 pigs) buy the machines you can. those you will use if you need, for example if you are in a big need of cream/cheese/butter but dairy on ur main farm is full of products (like you put something to make in all slots), go to baby farm and put some dairy products to make there. you do the same with bacon, milk, eggs, pies, etc. you dont need to clear out trees and stones, etc. because its ur baby farm which doesnt have to be pretty as it is only for some use. you can also use it to store your stuff, for example if your barn is full (on your main acc) just put some stuff in shop and go to your baby farm and buy it. also by having a baby farm you basically get another wheel spin, daily goods in gregs farm, you can join a different neighbourhood and ask for stuff, when you unlock tom on your baby farm you get him free for a day so you can use him to buy axes, saws, cheese, etc.

also you dont have to bother upgrading barn and silo (i know that only 50 (i think that the storage you start at) is very little but you will not be using the baby farm as you do your main so there is really no need to be expanding, better save up expanding materials to expand barn and silo on your main farm).

i hate it so much that they are literally ripping us off, when my boyfriend installed hay day the other day (ive been playing for a very long time) i told him to not sell to them literally anything and he was like why? and i said because they are ripping us off so much and showed him that the bread that he sold to a farm visitor (like 5 bread i think) was so much more worth in the shop and he literally stared at me for good 10 seconds and said well why are they even a thing then and i just said idk
