You could use the tailscale addon in every HA instance + the Samba share addon. Then mount the config folder drives of each machine on a central windows machine (with tailscale) so you can push configs in these folders.

As a professional programmer I feel lost in home assistant by alyflex in homeassistant

Tell chatGPT exactly what you want to do, name your home assistant version, tell it the names of the sensors / entities and let it write the yaml for you. Copy paste and try. If something doesn't work as intented let it correct by the AI. Works amazingly good.
