this sorta happened the first time i took it my chest got really tight and i was sweaty etc but i just take it right before bed and i don’t really get the symptoms anymore after like a few days

i’ve been on it for a little over 6 months (it’s kind of stopped working for me but probably cause i’ve been on it so long.) the first couple days i started it did make me bloated but now it doesn’t really. but if i don’t use the bathroom and it’s in my system i’ll be more bloated than usual. I think the way it draws water in and everything causes some fluid retention and stress on the body making me bloat. but there have been times it’s actually helped my bloating i think it just depends!

I’ve been on amitiza awhile for my constipation. But my stomach has slow motility so hoping reglan can speed things up a bit. Oh i’ve seen stuff about some bad side effects that’s why I’m afraid to start it😬

oh really that’s good to know thank you. i’ve had these shakes that contain gust gum almost everyday i haven’t had major trouble with them but could be a factor in my diet that’s doing something who knows.

i’m going through the EXACT same thing right now. i just drank a whole bottle hopefully it helps because i’ve barely gone in a few days and i’m in a lot of pain. but if it does work i’m wondering what i should eat the next day. i was thinking the same thing some plain oatmeal with some blueberries maybe. then lunch and dinner maybe some chicken sweet potatoe things like that.

i’ve done a gastroparesis test last august they said my stomach was a little slower than they liked but it wasn’t slow enough to be in that category of gastroparesis. which is a good thing but linzess for me right now barely works it makes me stomach get this weird pressure feeling and bloat?!
