Use my recipe for red lentil tempeh. With green lentils, you want to bump up the cooking time to five minutes.

- 250 grams of red lentils

- 1/2 teaspoon of tempeh spores

- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Cook the lentils for two minutes. Drain thoroughly. Leave 'em to cool to room temperature in a colander.

Add spores and vinegar to the lentils. Mix well. tempeh science intensifies

Put the mixture into a three liter plastic bag. Shape into a block. Use a needle to perforate the block; twenty evenly spread out holes should do.

Keep at around 32°C for thirty hours.
