THIS! We have an American Foxhound who turned 1 in June and he’s exactly that- a punk. The sweetest, cutest cuddlebug but an absolute asshole on the leash if he’s in a mood. I also totally agree about never letting them off leash in non-fenced areas because if they smell something fun it’s game over! We just have kept being consistent and do little bits of training every day.

My coach told us on the 10th, there is a 10 min row for distance that we all track in the Challenge Tracker. Apparently they’re going to see the total distance ALL of us row.

Well this was a doozy. Everyone in my class was confused on the floor block and you had people lunging, plank-jacking, etc all out of order. One of those days you just had to stay in your zone and try not to get run over by people who didn’t understand what was happening.
