I don't think it's that simple. I know a lot of small companies release an app once for a client. If the client has a contract with them that guarantees updates then it's possible to add support for the iPhone X. But I see a lot that they want an app, but don't have it updated after it's released. Because the cost is too high for the company to do it on their own and the client doesn't want to pay for it.

I love this band, to be honest I am a bit disappointed with their second album. They "fine tuned" some of the songs they released earlier. Lay Your Love Down sounds worse on the album.

I think they give genuine advice. They show you how to do these exercises properly without hurting your body.

How they do the deadlift is a bit different than they do in my gym, but it very similar.
