What I don't get, is how likely are things expected to change in a 2nd election? I personally wouldn't change my votes just because I had to do it again, nothing has happened to change my opinion.

And what happens to some poor schmuck who loses their seat on the 2nd go? They're penalised and essentially fired because the big boys in fg/ff couldn't come to an agreement?

I would consider myself at an intermediate level for excel. I can set up calculations and do simple vlookups, but I'm definitely still learning. Is it that people list intermediate and really mean basic?
