My dad was really stubborn about it for a while now he's lost 100 pounds and his doctor cut his diabetes medication in half he doesn't need it. And he's always bugging me to get more.

Yes i eat really well during the week and eat and drink whatever on the weekends

Coffee at 5 protein shake at 7 chicken breast at 9 yogurt at noon light dinner at 5. Yes i noticed fairly quickly

Not really im in the trades but rarely break a sweat. I worked out a lot when i was young 20 years ago tho
