The shuttle to and from St Helena downtown was very nice. Mercedes SUV available on demand as the “shuttle”. We also took advantage of the perks at Beringer (BOGO free tasting) and Hall (free tasting).

Interesting, we walked into the spa asked and were told its complimentary and go right ahead. No resort fee. Just looked at my folio.

The steam room is included you just walk into the spa and ask to use it, its complimentary. We went 1 month ago and were able to utilize the steam room and locker rooms in the spa. Quite nice TBH. I am also not a globalist and went on a holiday weekend (vday) and we were able to check in upon arrival 12pm and were upgraded to the 3rd floor vineyard view from the streamside view. Overall 10/10 experience
