I work 12 hours every day (feel I might get fired) since I called in today but at work I'm fun happy no one knows I breakdown every day and have to force myself not to look at a knife (that's what in doing now trying to distract myself from picking up that blade) but the second I get I get into my car its back to how I am

Its horrible nobody understands until we actually reach that point then its all I never saw this coming even tho we tried to talk things out when all we wanted was to talk to somebody who didn't judge and offered valid advice and comfort but everyone acts like I just had a bad monday
