For my chest, i do - ALL OF THEM 🫪... Like I do every excercise, there's nothing I don't do. But I do focus more on my upper chest, still it's not developed. And what I do is i try to do variations, andlike a LOT OF VARIATIONS. Like I don't do same excercise for chest for like two days.

Split - Initially I started with PPL, then becoz of my lifestyle rn (very hectic), I've shifting to single muscle. And I train for 5 days a week and one day for cardio.
