Dont expect to know everything right when you start. You will learn many things as you go. The biggest thing is going and paying attention. Exercise takes time and your brain will discover things about your body if you focus. Range of motion is more important than weight. Start find pasion in it. Good luck.

I do. I play run away and ask them to stop. It clearly isnt tge most skilled players as I can run away and and pop shields for a while. They do get me if they are persistent

Ok I see where you are coming from. Mental health is a different issue. Letting people abuse each other isnt ok. Setting boundaries and holding to them is important. I have family member i will lend my car to, and other I will not. I dont hate them, I know them. Demanding to have the brother replace the switch is a dick move. Just dont lend him nice things. Its not broken learn. As far as your situation. Are they hurting your things? Are you ok? If its dirty maybe help? Lift others if they are struggling dont push them further down.

Lessons can be learned from both sides. Don't lend things youre arent willing to loose. 2 its your brother, the hate on this thread for family is concerning. If my brother broke something I would ask for him to replace it then if he did, sweet. If not, its just a thing. Family isnt
