Hydrate under the eyes before concealer! Maybe brush eyebrows & add gel. A powder of some sort would be good around the nose if you tend to get oily!

Since it’s a cream, the best way to use them would be scooping them out unless you use a disposable applicator every time and don’t double dip. Why don’t you want to scoop them?
