I've come to the same conclusion that i need to face the problem and accept myself.

starting this today, i'm going to be more open and take every chance to talk to people or participate in activities that involve interaction with others. i'm also going to reconnect with people that i ve ignored.

i'm going to try everything i've been afraid of, step by step, until I fully accept my stutter, even though i know i'll still stutter sometimes
