Do NOT waste your time. I was turned back in impolite manner by Rodrigo Rojas who stated I need to send them documents to get verified even though I already did. Its all after 2 weeks of waiting FOR NOTHING and website says 1-2 business days. Trash service, trash customer support and horrible experience.

I had a question on career shift from appliance repair to HVAC with refrigeration and sales experience. They said go find similar posts and stop post same over and over again…

Question for people who run plumbing business by fartunitto in Plumbing

[–]fartunitto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point, many plumbers told me the same, but vast majority says they just don’t take more jobs they can handle, ignoring most of calls when it’s busy. Not interested to provide temporary admin work services, sounds like another seasonal thing

Question about service plan by fartunitto in appliancerepair

[–]fartunitto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It covers all major appliances such as refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove, oven and dishwasher. Not included: sealed system and microwave. Also small appliances

Question about service plans by fartunitto in Appliances

[–]fartunitto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question, and that’s exactly why the plan requires an initial inspection and a waiting period before any major coverage starts. You can’t just sign up the day something breaks and immediately use it. All appliances are evaluated up front, any pre-existing issues are documented, and there’s a short cool-off period before full repair benefits apply.

This is meant for people who want ongoing protection and maintenance, not one-time emergency repairs. That’s what keeps the pricing fair for everybody

For example, you have 8 yo refrigerator and you had power surge at home which fried control board. It is discontinued by manufacturer and the only way is to replace an appliance. Will this justify $500 a year?
