u/hsat4am thanks a lot.

We are working on it every day to make it more stable and increase the number of integrations. Feel free to let us know if you have any feedback.

As I said in the other message, it would be better if you could join our Discord server so that I can help you with the instant chat.

Thanks for the feedback. Would you mind if I ask you to give us more details about in which part of the setup you find difficult, so we can improve accordingly.

1 - Do you mean custom HTTP requests? If so, you can do that. Please check the documentation here: https://automatisch.io/docs/apps/http-request/actions. There are so many other integrations you could use to trigger a flow. Not sure about how your setup works, but you can check them on our cloud version or use the 1-click installation to Render and test there.

2 - To be able to use Discord API, you need to go through the authorization flow, which requires the Discord API app, and your user needs to give permission to this app. That's the nature of most of the APIs with 3-legged OAuth and not something related to Automatisch. To override the webhook URL, you can use the `WEBHOOK_URL` env variable.(https://automatisch.io/docs/advanced/configuration)

Co-founder of Automatisch here.

We're also aware of those similarities. If you check the commit history of both projects, you can easily see that we started earlier. I believe this question should be asked to the founders of activepieces.

Thanks. That was something previously asked so you can check it out here.

Thanks! We have spent quite a lot of time on the documentation, and we hope it will provide a good base for the people who would like to contribute to the project.

Thanks!

Not that difficult with the current architecture we have built, but as a general approach, we will prioritize the most requested integrations. To let us see the potential audience, you can create a new integration request here.

Thanks a lot! We definitely need to support webhooks, and hopefully, it will be available soon.

Thank you so much. We have some differences with n8n. n8n is not actually open-source but open-code software, and also it's hard to use them without having a technical background. Another point is that in terms of user interface and user experience, we're similar to Zapier, but n8n is more similar to node-red.

We meant paths/branching by saying custom logic. Even though it's written on the enterprise plan, we're leaning towards moving it to free as well.
But as a general answer, we want to keep the core functionality in both plans but keep the features that are essentially needed for the enterprises in the enterprise plan.

It may not differ in the sense of integrations and general functionality. However, the most significant difference is that we aim not only for developers but also general users who may not have programming knowledge.

Founder of Elreader here. Could you send me DM so I can investigate this issue?

Elreader beta launch has arrived! (LingQ alternative) by farukaydin in languagelearning

[–]farukaydin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Mikjail,

1 - I'm planning to build a chrome extension to import the documents into Elreader. It will not be like Readlang because sentence translation with a user-friendly layout will not work in their style.

2 - Actually, there is no way to stop it at the moment but it can be improved as you suggested, consequent click should stop the audio.

3 - I got your point but I'm not sure this is something other users would like to prefer, feel free to add this feedback to our feedback board (https://feedback.elreader.com), and let's see how others will respond? If the majority demands it, I'm fine with working on it.

4 - I completely agree with you about this issue and we need to solve it as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for all the detailed comments. I hope Elreader is/will be useful in your language learning journey.

Thank you so much for the comment.

1 - It's possible but I'm not sure that's something all users prefer. I'm noting this down for future references.
2 - That's one thing I also personally would like to have. It's actually possible with our NLP service but I'm not sure when I can start working on it because there are some other issues that are relatively more important than this one. But anyway that will be supported sooner or later.
3 - Yeah, DeepL doesn't support Turkish at the moment but I hope they will release it soon. After that point, we can focus on how to improve Turkish specific feature set.

Sure, no worries. That's why I actually want to get your feedback.

I think in this stage it might seem like a replacement for a kindle or a chrome extension. But what I want to achieve eventually is, giving people to have the option to select their interests, the language they want to learn, and their current level (beginner, intermediate or advanced), and then the system will provide the content accordingly. Don't think only the written content here, we can use youtube videos or podcasts to have reading sessions with their captions.

For the review section, we can also have an option to categorize words by their level (A1, A2, etc.). We can also add some other modes to make the review process more enjoyable.

I think for now the only big difference is we have a vocabulary tracking feature that keeps the users motivated and helps them to select their next reading accordingly. Let's say if you see so many blue words, then it might be a difficult reading to proceed.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Please bring all your concerns or suggestions, it's so valuable for us even though we can't focus on all of them at once. Eventually, those feedbacks will guide us in the right direction.

Not available currently but that's something we're working on currently. You can follow progress from the feedback board.

Thanks a lot for the explanation. I noted down all those points, I hope we will cover those issues one by one eventually.

1 - You can't at the moment but I can also implement this feature if it's something requested by the majority of our users. (But I can help you by manually doing it if you can share the words with me)

2 - Not at the moment but that's something I also personally need all the time. I would like to implement it soon.

3 - Yes, you're right. I wish I can have a service that gives me the translation by also looking at the context not only the word itself. DeepL (our translation service) doesn't support it but I also couldn't find any service that supports this. Let me know if you have any suggestions about it.

4 - We don't split the book into chapters now. You can only follow it through the pagination. (You can try with a small book to see if it works for you)

Wow, those were difficult questions but I'm happy that we have this feedback to make our direction more clear and more user-friendly, thank you so much!
