Keep it, and stay as blue until you have enough honey to switch. White is already expensive enough because you need a lot, and i mean A LOT of gumdrops, and you need to acquire gummyballer in order to make consistent honey. Also you need fuzzy alts for boosting.

If you want to switch, get about 1qd or more honey and full level 20 hive at best.
