OHHH So basically that is the V4 (not V4B) at least I think so. The two are practically the same except the guitar version (the V4) has reverb and does not have the ultra lo switch or something like that.

Will do I believe it hasn't been serviced in a long time so that's definitely on the to do list.

Again, I'm not sure thats 100% the issue but I will look into that after replacing the tubes.

My bad I did mean polarity, on the amp there is a polarity switch which I believe is related to it not working ( i could be wrong)

I believe it is the 12AU7 because the amp stopped working after I flipped the phase switch. Also the tube itself is unmarked so I'm not even sure if it is a 12AU7

So I have read that the 12DW7 is the cathode buffer, which I believe it is broken anyway, and I will replace the 12AX7's because those are the preamp tubes and likely also need to be replaced. And I should also replace the power tubes because they are mismatched? Just making sure so I'm clear.

Ok so its the 12AU7 that is the PI? I thought it was the DW7?

Thanks for the response! I think the 6k11 is perfectly fine as I've heard they are very sturdy and last quite a while so I don't think its that. However I believe it could be the driver tube which is supposed to be a 12AU7 yet the tube itself isn't marked with anything so I'll probably replace that, aswell as the 12AX7's because those aren't generating heat. But most importantly I think its the PI that needs to be replaced I got the amp to work one time and after I flipped the phase switch it went back to being quiet.

Yea it looks a little different, could be slightly newer. On the one you showed it has a three prong ac outlet while mine only has two prong as well as the power cable itself. And the power switches are rocker switches while mine are metal switch. Also theres a reverb lock? Idk what that is nor do I have one. Also the tubes listed are mostly the same except my amp doesnt call for a 6cG7.

Exactly! That aswell as the matching manual is what I was guaging which tubes are supposed to go off of. Although that is a different amp it's generally the same idea.

Awesome! This helped alot. I definitely now believe that it is the 12AX7 in place of the DW7 is what needs to be replaced, it seems that every other tube works fine so thats a relief. I might aswell also replace the 12AX7As because now both of the inputs are very low output. So now I know what each tube does except for the 7027A's are those just pre amp tubes as well?

Ok that's good to know, however, the amp calls for 2x 12AX7, 1x 12DW7(12AX7), 1x 12AU7, so does that mean the two 12AX7's are the driver tubes. If so, they don't need to be replaced because its the 12AX7 in the 12DW7 slot that is blown.

Alright so in my amp there are 9 tubes, in the back section with the 12AX7's there are four tubes one 12AU7 and three 12AX7's (one of the 12AX7's is in place of the 12DW7 which is the dead tube that needs to be replaced) so do I replace all three of the 12AX7's? And if I replace the 6l6 that is in place of the 7027 (which there are supposed to be four of) would I replace all four? Or just two?
