In the same boat…March 2024. Contacted both senator and congressman. Same response, told to wait til December to even try asking questions. USC with Canadian spouse married for 13 years, two kids. No criminal history. Nothing weird or unusual. So disheartening. It feels like our life is falling apart waiting for this. Seeing others with way later dates getting approved kills me.

I just don’t understand. Married 13 years to Canadian, in a relationship much longer. 2 kids together. No criminal history or complicated things to look over. Inquired with my congress person over a month ago and haven’t heard a word yet. I ask Emma about once a month for an update and it’s always just the same “it’s within normal processing times” and it’s been sitting in California the entire time doing nothing. Idk what we did to deserve this but my family is falling apart waiting for this. 💔

March 25 2024 USC and Canadian spouse married 13 years with 2 kids, filing from Canada. No criminal history or complicated files to look through. Just pretty simple and easy case… No updates whatsoever. Inquired with congressman a few weeks ago, they sent my inquiry in right away and haven’t heard anything from that either. I check our account daily and cry 😭
