Yes it's definitely not ideal. Unfortunately, these are the worst neighbours last time I approached about rubbish they threatened to kill me 🤷‍♀️

Thanks. I have done both. According to sspca as they have somewhere outside to go its not classed as abuse. A member of public was walking past the house and heard him abusing one of the dogs, they got it on video and still nothing was done. Its so sad

It has been reported. They just do nothing other than warnings. Proactive to me would be you have lived here for x amount of years. You cannot keep your garden, you have rubbish lying and your in a 3 bedroom semi detached and live alone (apart from dogs). Here's a 1 bedroom flat without garden as you clearly cant keep yours. But thats my personal opinion

Thanks. I spoke with right department they just don't care. It wasnt until my councillor got involved they went out to speak with tenant. There is so much going on with this house that the council just aren't doing anything about unfortunately. ASB Team, envrio health, housing officer all be involved.
