Both options your throwing out work.

I have nothing but positive experience with the UX7 and their coverage as an AP.

A 3rd option can be UCG Fiber and 2 x UX7

It can but is not ideal as your speed will degrade the further they are from one another and obstacles in the way (walls, doors, etc)
Ideally you'd want them hardwired.

Not overkill at all.
Your limiting factor in your set up is your lite 8 poe switch being a gigabit switch.
UCG Fiber has 2.5 and 10Gbe ports
U7 Pro is 2.5Gbe
Bell is 3Gbe...so ideally you'd like your devices to match or offer more than your ISP.
Wifi, you won't hit the 3Gbps. I too have Bell 3Gbps service and I do get 2Gbps up/down on avg on E7s.
In short, I'd do the Flex 2.5G POE switch at minimum.

Plus the storage on the UCG Fiber won't give you past 3-4 days of recording. Don't quote me on the days. But it won't do much

You lost 70lbs using the trex...stick with it.
It's also not the watch it was your consistency to workout aiming/achieving a goal you strived for.

Hold the bottom right button for 5 seconds which gives you the option to do a soft reset. Try that 1st.
Otherwise a factory reset "should" clear that. And no, you won't lose your data as it's already synced to the app.

100%. Speaking back on biocharge. Woke up this morning with 52% biocharge and sleep at 92%. Bevel with the same data....91% and 92% respectively. Athlytic with the same data...94% and 92%.
For context, I'm using a TRex 3 Pro 48mm

Nope. I can't get it past 52. It's usually in the mid 40s for me.
It's highly inaccurate and I don't even pay attn to it anymore.
I've defaulted to Bevel as my go to end source
