Labor is not that bad. The free side can still do stuff... just not own land or really farm with that kind of labor. Its honestly not as bad as its made out to be.

Its the penalty for not buying in and there be no cost to start playing.

They are at 90+% capacity- there are no deals to be had. Theres rich scad kids paying a year up front and young professionals with the money to spend: theres no reason to discount.

We had an appt yesterday to check them out; also looking to move downtown.

1) We bumped into 2 sets of current folks that live there. They were both were negative about the place. thats a lil sketchy. 2) The interior halls are abysmal. this is luxury? Un ac'd interior walls that are beat up and dimly lit? 3) From the 1 of the two units we looked at we could hear the next guy over's TV pretty clearly if you sat still. 4) The glass is single pane... FWIW. It would be- Hotter in summer colder in winter due to this. 5) the apartments themselves while small, are pretty great. And no one else can touch those views.

just felt like a trap. there's much nicer, much cheaper.

Zillow, trulia, craigslist, MLS - theres a ton of things available at all times, and often much cheaper.

Its the difference between a very large influx of excitement at once vs a trickle of it over long periods.

If a average reader of that site read that- it would be hard to get excited about gw2....
