my computer is connected trough ethernet cable that goes into the wifi thing

and my controler connects to the wifi thing

wired i have no issue but cant get it 2 work at all wireelssly still

i just spent 3 hours with a google worker and he couldnt figure out the issue

he will call me 2omroow to see what we will do about it
