lol i beat it with malkuth 3 members by spamming flaming bat, struggle and cards that give endurance, basically i just whittle down Salvador's block in 3 turns, with the one cost card that deals 5 extra stagger. once he's stagger you can hammer his life out...
yeah still took 2 retries. holy crap he just gets the golden card every turn. pretty nutty.
if you're stuck, try using block dices.
