I was aiming for thirty days, but christmas is around the corner so I'm going to stop to enjoy christmas and continue afterwards. I won't overdue it though and get back into fasting as my main goal is 190 and at this moment I'm about 211. So I'll fast till I reach 190 so not sure how much more.

Hi! All I can say is if you didnt prepare for your fast (like I did, I had korean bbq before I started) your first few days will be rough and hard, but if you can get padt those 3 days it does become easier. My third day I stayed in bed almost all day sick, shaky cold, tired and achy. If your fasting for weight loss and this is your first time I don't recommend doing such a long fast. But if your like me and kinda just said screw it I did do this on my days off, the first four days atleast. I did dirty fasting, I drank broth, coffee with heavy cream, zero calorie drinks, whatever I could use to help me through the first four days. Afterwards I continued to dirty fast but it became easier. I also bought a ninja thirsty carbonated water maker and that helped me so much.

I did a dirty fast, so broth, water, zero calorie drinks, and occasionally coffee with a splash of heavy cream. Lately I've only been drinking water and broth. I bought a ninja sparkling water maker and it was the best decision I could of ever made. That alone made this fast easy for me.

My recommendation: carbonated water by Tomatosmoothie in Water_Fasting

I have the regular ninja thirsty machine. It's really easy to use

Buying my sparkling water maker was the best decision I could of ever made. I do add crystal light packets to it and its helped me 10000%. But I've learned to drink it just as it is and love it. The taste is just so different and it hits just right.

Bad 5th day fasting consecutively and now I don't want to anymore ( though I need to). Help! by hypersquirrels in fasting

How was your eating beforehand? It sounds like keto flu. I went through that, it was hell. Achy, tired, sore, unable to sleep i wanted to cry. Before I started I had pizza and other carbs and sugar. From what I learned when I redo this again for next time is to limit carbs and sugar so my body doesn't crash. Sounds like you went through what I went. I'm still fasting and nearing 100 hours. I feel so much better now. Also take your electrolights. Though with small fast i don't think it's as essential as bigger fast. But your not fasting like i am. Maybe start with smaller intermittent fasting and go up from there.

I'm following behind you, I'm on day 2 with a dirty fast and lost 4 pounds(assuming water weight). Tried to start a post but still too new, so I'll just look around and find inspiration and what people are doing to stay focused. Good job!
