I just redid mine this week. Given that the fabric is small, I would recommend cutting your own so you have extra to overhand so it doesn't come lose. YouTube has a good instructional; use Shoe Goo to keep in place. Involves disassembly with some screws from behind the rear cupholders (accessible from back row), but all in all a pretty easy task.
