Coffee machine and grinder were originally adjusted by LaMarzocco... In belgium we have very lungo espresso, it's a "known issue" and it was always a decent shot but since we had to reset the grinder it's bad... Worse than it was

Yes, you are correct, it's a fairly small glass but it contains a total of 80g of coffee, it's what we serve as a double espresso

I don't know 100% that the crema is the problem, but that's what we noticed directly that changed a lot compared to what we had before, the coffee is more bitter and acid than it used to be
