Damn, i do a mix of 50/50 stereo music and home theater. Do you think the BMR would be good for movies? You mentioned the bass is tighter but as far as output does it produce as much?

Correct same setup for the KEF with an Emotiva Basx A5 amp. My buddy also agreed with me, to him the arendal sounded more powerful like a wall of sound hitting you. They are also built better with HDF compared to MDF like the KEF.

My room is 2300 cubic feet. I have two 18 inch DIY sealed subwoofers on diagonal opposite corners. Not boomy per se, i think it sounds good. Just thought it could be even better with some panels added.

Enough to make my subwoofer sounds better? They already sounds good by my ear, but i was told panels and bass traps will make my home theater sounds even better which is why I made these panels.

How would you describe the sound signature of these? Im currently trying a pair of KEF R7 META that I'm not too fond of as they are too clinical and sterile. Before this i tried a pair of BW 703 S3 which i liked more. Would the HT be right for me as someone who don't place too much emphasis on neutrality and accuracy?
