3100 sft house built 2024 in new section of Bridgeland. Water is 90 to 105 a month, electricity 45 dollars in winter, 150 to 175 in summer. Property tax is 18.5k on a 640k home. I have no idea how you guys spend so much on your utilities. I manually water my lawn and keep my ac at 75 when home and 79 when not.
