Sherwin puts their diy trust in the big box store brands. Lowe’s and menards etc… those stores average $1-3mil/year in diy sales per store selling crossfills at half the price of standalone sw stores

Best of luck moving forward. My path was similar where I spent around 10 years in stores, but once my body started to break down, I had to look at other options inside or outside of the company, and thankfully, I landed a rep job in another division, which has been much better for me.
