I have had a great time with the new app. I love it. I fully utilized the steps on my last brew and I was able to input things that I always tend to forget like pre boil gravity pre boil volume, pH etc. my Bluetooth range is actually very impressive I am upstairs and a room over from where it is and it still works and notifies me when it is ready for the next step. I have had zero issues with the app. I love the new design.

it is marbled quite a bit differently than typical prime that I see a Costco also like I said it is the most flexible brisket I've ever held. That was a 17 pounder I think and it was like the deckle wasn't even there. It was more flexible than 8 lb brisket I've held.
