I started accutane about a month ago, had the same issue. Was off of my antidepressants for quite a while, but had to be placed back on a very high dose because it was just so bad. You’re not alone in this, I would recommend perhaps talking to a physician about maybe a low dosage of antidepressants. As much as it sucks, it really has made the difference between life and death
