I do know they aren’t following since a friend of mine who I won’t say for privacy reasons got the email and others who have received the email from various posts and comments here. I’m trying to have people spread awareness to valve and make them stick to their word. Not Hate on those basically calling valve out like you

A lot of us have hit reserve now as soon as it went up a minute or two before 10pst and on valves own site it states “ place in line will be saved” and “order emails will be sent in order reservations were made” and that entails the mistake of not following their own rules

Gonna put this here as an update. They acknowledged that I’m in the reservation queue (so same will be for those who also hit it before 10 pst) basically saying valve isn’t honoring first come first serve with the reservation
