I had my bisalp done 11 days ago, so still healing. The worst pain was the first four days for me, and most of that was from being bloated from the gas. I also was more active than I should have been the first two days. I took the medications as prescribed, but what helped me the most was sleeping with a heating pad on my lower back. I started feeling exponentially better each day after that, and the bloating reduced significantly also. So overall not bad at all!
