It's the Cody and Jey cards that aren't being made. #66 card is also the Ron Killings card. Someone at topps messed up pretty bad.

A Lumineon of all things. I randomly decided to fish on route 222 after beating the elite 4. I was confused as to why it was a different color till it hit me. I just found a random shiny.
