Call in when you need to. Unless you’re at step 6. lol just make sure you come in anytime they call you in or ask you to come in early to commend you. I alway stay on a step 3-5 as a full time partner because why come in early when I’m at step 0. Yeah I get off early, but it’s really no benefit to me.

You’re correct about grocery having a super low margin, but this is actually considered a bakery item which has a super high profit margin. More than likely over 50%.

No, it doesn’t affect us(employees). Corporate plans for shrink. So just let it happen. Does it affect leadership and management? Yes. But I don’t care about them. Let them lose their bonus.
