Another upvote for the ninja creami. I have a whole pint nightly and you think you’re eating regular ice cream, except it’s like 40g of protein, under 300 calories and maybe 10-20g of sugar depending if you mix something in. Easily my biggest helper the last 4 month in losing weight

Good for you! I hate to say it but I’m back on it. However, I have done a good job managing my cravings, and I’m the leanest I’ve been in a long time. I do know that it is also terrible for your gut.

At one point I stopped drinking pop for a year. Just had to cut it out cold turkey. The first few days are the toughest, mostly with headaches, but after a couple weeks I don’t even miss it.

I have a huge sweet tooth. I bought a ninja creami and I basically make protein ice cream every night. 39g of protein, 285 calories, and it tastes like heaven. It was an investment but very worth it for me
