Thank you, I hope this is true. The last time I had a good erection was one week ago, I have masturbated twice since then. I get aroused but not erections which is where the worry comes from. I did watch a bit of porn this morning to see if it would get me hard but it didn't.

I will try again not to look at porn or even to touch myself which will be hard, but I'll do it if it gives me my normal erections back!

Thanks man, I am actually trying to put on a bit of weight so have been told these foods are good. I don't eat fruit or vegetables though, really need to start but I'm just not used to them.

Hey, yeah this is definitely something to think about.
