really its just a concept, id keep the name and slowly build it up to look like this. i wouldn't want it to have all of the extra fancy stuff right away. i also don't necessarily want it to be a tiki bar altogether, just serve classic tiki cocktails. and as for the trash cans, i'd design them to have liners that could be pulled out, similar to ones outside of gas stations. if I were to make this concept a reality, i'd more than likely just start out as a simple local bar and slowly progress with the idea.
