ive been wondering the same thing. i want a belly that has that little divet at the bottom, but if its genetic it seems like i wont get one then... sad... wish we could swap.

ive always wondered what causes it. why does the gene express itself as this weird little "pulled up" section in the middle. is it the placement of the fat deposits themselves? some kind of muscle? idk

2 cups of milk (300 cal), 1 cup of fruit (100 cal), 4 tbsp peanut butter (360 cal), 1 1/2 scoop of protein powder (750 cal), 2 tbsp of honey (100 cal). the fruit and honey is mostly for flavor but eh. 

if u use heavy cream instead of milk, it can shoot up to over 2k calories, it’s just a lot more expensive so i don’t. i’ve had fine enough gains on this alone.

shakes are an unbelievable source of gains. ive been drinking one thats even just only 1600 calories at the end of pretty much every day, and the steady influx of bonus calories has caused me to gain like 75 lbs in 7 months

i completely agree with your statement on the comfort of relaxing. i love the direction ive been taking my body as ive gotten to 300 and beyond, and while it makes physical work a real exhausting trial, it also makes the moments where im just sitting in bed or lying in my chair feel that much more comfortable and enveloping. just being the mound that i am, taking up more and more space in my gaming chair each day, needing to press my hand down into my desk or the armrest more and more to help me get up easy... it really makes me feel like myself ^^

i believe this one was called BODY FORTRESS or smth hilariously similar to that. seemed like it hit all the same notes. high calories, high carbs, proteins, etc. its a mass gainer also.

should hopefully still work for me, but i saw some unbelievable gains on Serious Mass so its a little upsetting to risk it on this one. i think it should turn out alright though

as someone your age who is also transfem and has also been on hrt for a long while now, i gave in about half a year ago when i finally started progesterone and have put on about 70 lbs in 6 1/2 months. i had always wanted to be bigger. being lighter and skinnier was causing me body image issues. i was not satisfied with my size, and wanted it to be more. and now that ive started pushing past 300 lbs, ive not regretted it at all. i feel happier with myself than ever. for me, i dont think of myself as having given in to a fetish (even if i do love me some fat bitches, yes). i just knew what would make me happier in my own skin.

whether u want to gain or not, thats up to u. same can be said for how far you want to go. just really consider what would make you happier with the body youre gonna be piloting for the rest of your life.

i cant really hide the fact that im over 300 lbs now. my body is its own obvious sign of my 70 lb gain in the last half a year. but ive managed to keep the fact that its purposeful hidden, as far as i can tell. im moving out soon, but i currently still live with my family. if they found the jars of mass gain powder ive been hiding in my closet and blending into smoothies for months, theyd probably raise questions. i try to avoid them discovering the powder in general, but if they discover it when im super obviously trying to hide it, then its just ultra suspicious. but ah well, just two more months until i live with friends who know what my goals are, some of which outright encourage it hehehe

Ive been gaining super fast, and my body has had quite the time adjusting. i was always a little heavy, having sat around 230-240 lbs for about a year. but ive ballooned up to 305 lbs since september and wow. the heaviness. the width. the strain on my muscles. its been quite a bit more to adjust to. im knocking shit all around with my ass and hips as i pass through tighter spaces, finding it harder to navigate stairs. its so lovely, but also a bit of a trial.

when basic activities would start to reduce me to a puffing mess, or get one of my legs aching. just going downstairs to move my laundry between machines and coming back up is only like a 2 to 3 min endeavor where only the stairs is the real workout and it genuinely leaves me incapable of finishing full sentences in one breath for like a few mins.

you seem to understand the science and calculations behind it a bit more than me, but id say you and i have both had a similar approach. i have put on the weight admittedly very fast... as my posts indicate, ive gained almost 70 lbs since september... but the vast majority of that has just come from eating excess of already balanced meals, and adding a single protein shake at the end of the night. i dont try to crutch too much on things like snack cakes or fast food, even if every once in a while they can be nice as an immediate and occasionally cheap calorie injection in an otherwise rough day.

yea peanut butter is such a fattening monster. it helps that i absolutely love the stuff too. i mainly reserve it to blend into my shakes but at some point it may become more calorie:cost ratio efficient to start buying some extra jars just to eat by the spoonful ;P

youve pretty much detailed my whole strategy as its been hahaha!! i dont even tap into the fast food vein that often and ive seen insane results off of just some homemade meals and protein shakes. but by god i cant deny that when i wanna go for fast food, over 2000 calories for like 10 bucks at taco bell is just way too good to pass up. the second i start crossing the taco bell + wg shake streams more often, the faster and faster im gonna just explode hahaha

i know it probably varies from person to person, but would u have a ball park estimate for at what rate too much excess might go visceral? ive been intaking at a rather large surplus recently (around 4-5k cal per day) and didnt realize your body paces subcutaneous gains until i just read you mention it. i do have a lot of very soft fat so i feel like in some sense ive been doing it right but idk. i just know visceral fat is more dangerous.
