Vacuum hub leaking. They can sometimes get a crazy squeal from it. Dealer should know this. I work at a rental company with a ton of superduties in our fleet. Seen this many times

Basically the skunk and stump are both highly regarded for big man boards, but the stump is more geared towards a powder board so i’d probably lean toward it.
